Quarta Mobile’s provides services linking mobile device users and wireless industry players such device manufacturers, mobile operators, website owners and sdvertisers.
We offer our clients “invisible” solutions that are user-friendly, easy to manage and customizable. Content (which may include all types of information) may be “pushed” to users, as well as “pulled”, or downloaded, by them.
Our services are tailored to the following client groups:
Quarta Mobile develops and adapts applications for mobile and embedded devices that utilize information services to fulfill specific tasks. In particular, we:
- develop server based services for mobile devices on top of Microsoft Windows Server platform;
- develop middleware and network layer services;
- develop applications for devices;
- work with devices operating on Microsoft Windows Mobile, family of Microsoft Windows Embedded OS (first and foremost Microsoft Window Embedded CE), all versions of Microsoft Windows, including the latest version of Microsoft Windows Vista, Mac OS X systems and Linux.
Among other things, Quarta Mobile’s team has extensive experience in:
- designing and embedding handwriting recognition technology for intellectual devices;
- creating electronic form solutions for such devices;
- developing software for international markets (including localization services).
